Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Mumbai

Salary Range: 4,00,000 5,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes

• Handle payroll processing, salary structuring, and related reconciliations

• Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for HR-related requirements

• Support recruitment activities and employee engagement initiatives

• Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Excel

• Assist in policy implementation and HR process improvements

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources or related field

• 45 years of relevant experience in HR operations

• Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and statutory requirements • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel

• Good exposure to salary structures and HR documentation
