Role- Sr. Associate Merchant Partnerships, NIPL

Role Contour:

Lead end-to-end operations of merchant management, TPAPs for expansion of UPI /RUPay as a holistic payment tool.

Reports to:

Head- Merchant Partnerships, NIPL

Job Responsibilities:

- Execute defined strategy for engaging with fintech companies/TPAPs to drive identified collaboration opportunities in terms of interoperability.
- Support the team with detailed research on opportunities available across key remittances and transit corridors
- Act as the primary point of contact for international fintech partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating communication.
- Drive the implementation of collaborative projects, working cross-functionally with teams within NIPL and external partners.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of international collaborations, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.




- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the fintech space, providing insights and recommendations to inform NPCI's international strategy.
- Responsible for improving customer experience by tracking the success rates of international transactions.
- Ensure project go live through rigorous tracking and working across NPCI & NIPL stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ Years of work experience in fintech industry
- MBA from a reputed college
- Excellent in Advanced Excel & PPT presentations.
- Excellent team working, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills
- Must be positive in problem solving, organization/relationship building skills.
