Key FUNCTIONS AND Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;):

- Drive global FP&A; initiatives and ensure alignment in planning and reporting methodologies across markets
- Prepare monthly performance packs (P&L;, revenue, margin, OPEX)
- Conduct variance analysis vs budget/forecast with driver-based insights
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasts:
- Prepare templates
- Collect and validate inputs
- Consolidate submissions
- Maintain and enhance KPI dashboards; track trends and provide management commentary
- Ensure adherence to group FP&A; policies, timelines, and tools
- Support standardization of data definitions and reporting practices

Business Partnering:

- Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to commercial and operations teams
- Participate in monthly performance reviews
- Build financial models for pricing, investments, and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational plans
- Track action items to ensure delivery against financial targets




- Proactively highlight risks and opportunities

Governance & Compliance:

- Validate integrity of reporting data via reconciliations and checks
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and reporting processes
- Support identification and resolution of data/process issues

Competencies & Skills:

- Strong Excel and BI tool expertise
- Experience with ERP systems (OneStream or similar preferred)
- Solid analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven approach
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A;, controlling, or financial analysis
