We're on the hunt for a:
Mid-Level Graphic Designer (3–4 years)
You'll:
Create campaigns that fuel lead generation, hiring, brand awareness, and brand love
Design compelling assets across LinkedIn, presentations, events, videos, and digital campaigns
Create impactful visual banners and marketing creatives that stand out
Translate complex ideas into transparent, engaging information design
Contribute to print design collateral for events, sales, and branding initiatives
Work inside the Growth Team—where design,
storytelling, and business momentum meet
Grow fast in a culture that values clarity, speed, and curiosity
We're looking for someone who:
Obsesses over details (alignment isn't "close enough")
Loves building with others (this is a team sport)
Asks "why" before "how" (we want thinkers, not just executors)
Takes ownership and drives work independently
Has hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools to accelerate creative workflows
Brings strong skills in visual communication, information design, and print design
Has experience designing for B2B brands and understands business-focused marketing
