Tracks & Towers Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior QS Engineer with a strong background in Building Construction Projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, BOQ Preparation, Client & Contractor Billing, Cost Control, and Project Commercial Management. Candidates must have hands-on experience in Primavera P6, along with excellent commercial and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
- Execute quantity surveying activities for building construction projects.
- Prepare and process Client RA Bills and Contractor/Subcontractor Bills.
- Verify site measurements and perform quantity reconciliation.
- Prepare rate analysis, extra item statements, variation orders, and claims.
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Site Execution, and Client teams.
- Prepare project MIS reports and commercial documentation.
- Maintain contractual records and ensure billing compliance.
- Track project progress using Primavera P6 and coordinate with planning teams.
- Ensure timely certification and payment follow-up.

Candidate Profile
- 10to15 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Mandatory experience in Building Construction Projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, Estimation, Billing, and Commercial activities.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of construction drawings and contract documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to 15 days' notice will be preferred.
