1. Qualification - Any Degree/ITI/Diploma-mech

2. Experience Min of 4-5 years

Operation &Maintenance; of ZLD plants.

1. Operating the Stripper, MEE, MVRE, &ATFD;, Thermic fluid heater, boilers, cooling towers

2. Maintain positive working relationship with customers and supplies.

3. Understands and adheres to all plant safety guidelines and procedures while striving to maintain an injury-free environment: attends and participates in Plant Safety Committee meetings

4. Controls the ZLD system process through SCADA and PLC • Monitors the operation and performance of the ZLD while on shift: takes appropriate action when necessary to ensure compliance of safety, efficiency, environmental and administrative guidelines.

5. Monitoring and maintaining parameters as required and water analysis as per the system requirement.

6. Daily conducting safety meeting, Toolbox talk, checking safety measures, weekly and monthly safety meeting, arranging training classes.

7. Chemical tool handling is required.
