Role & responsibilities

We are looking for candidates with 10+ years of experience in Android+Java+ Kotlin and in addition to this, we need the below skills too.

- Robust in OOPs concepts and hands-on coding experience in Android, Kotlin, and Java (candidates will be required to write code).
- Practical experience with Android OS-level APIs (e.g., Services, Binder, AIDL, system services).
- Exposure to Kernel / Hardware layer interactions (e.g., HAL, device integrations like sensors, Bluetooth, etc.).
- Solid understanding of performance and stability, including handling ANR and memory management scenarios.
- Strong experience in developing multi-threaded applications, with a clear understanding of concurrency, synchronization, and thread safety.
- Experience in software and system architecture and design (e.g., scalable and maintainable application design).
- Demonstrated technical leadership, including guiding team members on design and implementation; focus is on hands-on technical direction, NOT people management.
- Exposure to IoT and HVAC domains is an added advantage. (Not a must)
