About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Unreal Engine Developer with 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in developing interactive applications, simulations, games, training solutions, or real-time 3D experiences using Unreal Engine. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Unreal Engine, C++, Blueprint Scripting, performance optimization, and real-time rendering technologies.

This role requires someone who is technically strong, innovative, and capable of building scalable and immersive applications across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality interactive applications and simulations using Unreal Engine 4/5.
- Develop gameplay systems, interactive features, UI elements, and reusable modules using C++ and Blueprints.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive real-time experiences.
- Integrate APIs, third-party SDKs, plugins, and backend services.
- Optimize rendering performance, memory usage, and application stability across platforms.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and application bugs.
- Develop applications for PC, VR, AR, simulation, and training environments.
- Implement AI systems, animation systems, and physics-based interactions.
- Maintain clean, scalable,



and well-documented code architecture.
- Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2 to 7 years of professional experience as an Unreal Engine Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 4/5.
- Strong programming skills in C++.
- Experience with Blueprint Visual Scripting.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience developing real-time 3D applications, simulations, or games.
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine Animation System, Physics System, and UMG UI Framework.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, or Perforce.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party SDK integrations.
- Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience working with real-time rendering and performance optimization.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in VR/AR development using Unreal Engine.
- Knowledge of Multiplayer Networking and Replication Systems.
- Experience with AI, Behavior Trees, and Navigation Systems.
- Understanding of Materials, Shaders, and Rendering Pipelines.
- Familiarity with Niagara VFX System.
- Knowledge of simulation or training application development.
- Experience integrating external hardware, sensors, or simulation devices.
- Understanding of 3D mathematics and game development principles.
- Ability to independently manage complete project lifecycles.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for gaming, immersive technologies, simulations, and real-time 3D experiences.
