Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:

Craft a comprehensive content strategy aligning with the company's

marketing goals, including audience segmentation, content themes, and distribution channels.

2. Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content.

Ensure content consistency in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.

3. Editorial Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to produce exceptional content.

4. Content Calendar Management:

Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of content across all platforms and marketing channels.

5. Content Ideation:

Develop creative and engaging content strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and values.

Drive content creation for online and offline channels.

6. Brand Marketing:

Implement and enhance brand marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

Craft and execute marketing plans aligning with the brand's vision and objectives.

7. Marketing Campaigns - Online and Oine:

Plan and execute comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

8. Brand Personality, Brand Voice, Brand Management:





Define and maintain brand personality and voice consistently across all channels.

Oversee brand management, ensuring alignment with core values and messaging.

9. Online and Oine Ads Ideation:

Conceptualize creative ideas for online and offline advertising campaigns.

Collaborate with design and content teams to bring advertising concepts to life.

10. Conceptualization:

Drive innovative conceptualization for various marketing initiatives.

Ensure alignment with the brand's core values and mission in all conceptualization efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/PG degree in communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Manager, with a strong portfolio of published content. Minimum 5+ years of experience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset, with the ability to conceive engaging ideas for new content.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
