About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Insurance Advisor to handle retail insurance sales and customer relationships across multiple insurance categories, including Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, Life Insurance, Travel Insurance, and General Insurance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the insurance journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Explain policy features, coverage benefits, riders, add-ons, waiting periods, exclusions, and bonuses.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into policy sales.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Assist customers with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with insurance partners and internal teams for smooth policy processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 1–5 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Advisory roles.
- Experience in Health, Motor, Life, Travel, or General Insurance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and policy structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Additional regional language skills will be an added advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- IRDAI / IC38 Certification preferred.
