Job Overview:
The Corporate Account Administrator will be the primary point of contact for our Corporate Account Support Representative (CASR). The key role involves providing support to CASR via phone, email/chat with scheduling services, handling queries/disputes related to corporate accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

* Partner with the CASR to ensure assigned administrative work is completed accurately

* Pull Customer report and share it with CASR or customer as per the requirements

* Purchase Order (PO) reconciliation /distribution on portal (Aurora) to release orders for payments Handle Invoice disputes and submit request for Credit rebills

* Order Management (OM) for our customers as well as third party vendors





* Carry out and assist in amendments on the customer accounts pertaining to profile, service and purchase orders, billing and invoicing, etc.

* Recognize and handle emails from customers, branches, and internal departments

* Manage time cognizably to respond to escalation cases swiftly Attend the weekly/monthly calls with the support staff and internal stakeholders
