Oracle EPM Cross-Functional Specialist (FCCS ARCS)

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance and IT background, with hands-on experience in Oracle EPM solutions, particularly FCCS and ARCS. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, technical ability in EPM, and the ability to collaborate across various departments.

Required Skills Experience

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, particularly Oracle ARCS. Experience with data integration tools, financial systems, and report development.

Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial processes, including consolidation, reconciliation, and financial close.

Analytical Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively address complex challenges.

Consulting Skills: Experience in functional or technical consulting, client relationship management, and client co-ordination. Implementation, Support, Transition the application process knowledge. Lead the implementation of Oracle FCCS and ARCS,



ensuring alignment with business requirements and financial processes. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and updates.

Process Optimization: Analyze current financial consolidation and reconciliation processes, finding opportunities for improvement. Design and implement best practices for financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation processes within FCCS and ARCS.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into EPM configurations. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project success.

Data Management Reporting: Manage data integration processes between FCCS, ARCS, and other financial systems. Develop and keep reports and dashboards that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

Training Documentation: Create and deliver training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of FCCS and ARCS applications. Develop and keep comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Skills: In-depth knowledge of financial processes, including consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting. Strong technical skills in Oracle EPM cloud solutions (FCCS, ARCS). Ability in data integration tools, financial systems, and report development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.



Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Design: Conducting current state assessments to understand client business processes and pain points. Leading discussions and documenting requirements for Oracle ARCS implementations. Designing and developing solution architectures for ARCS features.

Implementation Configuration: Configuring the ARCS application, including databases, business rules, reports, and security settings. Implementing data integration processes from other financial systems into ARCS. Managing data mappings and transformations within the system.

Testing Deployment: Leading various testing efforts, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT). Managing data migration and ensuring data accuracy during implementation. Supporting production deployment and post-go-live activities.

Collaboration Support: Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams to translate requirements and ensure project success. Collaborating with finance, accounting, and IT teams to optimize reconciliation processes. Providing training, developing documentation, and offering ongoing support to end-users.

Process Optimization: Analyzing current processes to identify opportunities for improvement in financial close, consolidation, and reconciliation. Designing and implementing best practices within the ARCS solution.

Location - Bangalore

Experience Required: 7-10 years
