Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using MERN stack technologies such as ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.

- Ensure effective communication among team members through regular meetings and task assignments.

- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and security.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in software development with expertise in MERN stack (ReactJS, Node.js, MongoDB).

- Robust understanding of product development life cycle including planning, designing, developing testing & deploying products.

- Experience working with Agile methodology for managing projects efficiently.
