We are seeking a junior ERP Techno-Functional Specialist with 25 years of experience in ERP systems (preferably D365) to support our business transformation journey. The role focuses on understanding business processes, supporting system configuration, managing user queries, and contributing to ERP enhancements and implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping for ERP modules.
- Support configuration and testing of ERP functionalities across modules like Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Finance.
- Work with end-users to resolve day-to-day ERP functional issues.
- Participate in user training, UAT support, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate with technical teams for minor customizations and integration support.
- Ensure data accuracy and assist in basic data migration or validation activities.
- Contribute to at least one end-to-end ERP implementation or major upgrade.
Preferred Skills:
- Functional knowledge of any ERP system, End to end implementation experience (D365 Business Central preferred; SAP acceptable).
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and ERP data structure.
- Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing or supply chain will be an added advantage.
- Positive analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn AL or basic ERP scripting as needed.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
- ERP certification (nice to have).
