About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Recruitment Head to lead our Talent Acquisition function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment strategy, managing a young recruitment team, achieving hiring targets, and ensuring timely closure of positions across the organization.

- 5-6 years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience in Team Handling and Recruitment Leadership.
- Strong expertise in End-to-End Recruitment.
- Experience in driving hiring targets and managing recruitment operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requirements.
- Experience in recruitment reporting, tracking, and process management.
- Strong sourcing capabilities through portals, referrals, social media, and networking.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Leadership

- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team.
- Allocate requirements and monitor recruiter productivity.
- Coach and mentor recruiters to improve performance and hiring quality.
- Conduct regular recruitment reviews and performance discussions.

Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined timelines.

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Recruitment Operations

- Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
- Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
