Job Title: Hardware Validation Engineer / Bench Validation Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5+ yrs

Seeking a Senior Bench Validation Engineer role with 5+ years of experience in validating the Battery Management Systems (BMS) modules (Battery Current Measurement, Cell Voltage Measurement and Cell Balancing).

Essential Functions





- Work on validation and characterization on bench setups developed for high precision measurements involving high resolution ADCs and power modules.
- Experienced with measurement and characterization equipment : Source Measure Units, Digital Multimeters, Power supplies, oscilloscopes, signal generators, thermos streamer is desired.
- Ability to create test setups based on test board schematics.
- Work with test engineering teams on bench-ATE correlation by working with the test engineering team.
- Support lead engineer in test data analysis ang generating test reports.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level messaging and presentations.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
