Job Title: Behaviour Therapist
Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh
Job Summary:
Ramisetty's Inclusive Child Development Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Behaviour Therapist to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping children achieve developmental milestones through evidence-based behavioural interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one behaviour therapy sessions for children with ASD and developmental delays.
- Implement individualized therapy plans under clinical guidance.
- Apply ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) principles and behaviour management strategies.
- Monitor, record, and report child progress accurately.
- Work closely with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and special educators.
- Educate and guide parents on home-based intervention strategies.
- Maintain therapy records and documentation.
- Ensure a protected, engaging, and child-friendly therapy environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- ABA certification or relevant experience is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant educational background and a passion for working with children are encouraged to apply.
