The Sr. Executive / Manager Maintenance will be responsible for ensuring smooth and productive operation of plant machinery, utilities, and infrastructure by leading preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. The role also involves supporting engineering projects, capacity enhancement initiatives, and ensuring high equipment uptime in a manufacturing environment.
Qualification & Experience
Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 20 years of relevant experience in Maintenance / Utility / Mechanical / Electrical functions
Industry Exposure: Must have experience in Manufacturing industry
Work Location: Bahadurgarh
Mandatory Requirement: Working knowledge of ISO systems (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 or equivalent)
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules for plant equipment and utilities
Ensure maximum machine uptime, reliability, and minimal breakdown losses
Monitor and improve equipment performance through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Utility & Facility Management
Oversee operation and maintenance of utilities such as compressors, boilers, DG sets, HVAC, and water systems
Ensure efficient energy utilization and cost optimization across utility systems
Project & Engineering Support
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and production lines
Coordinate with project teams for plant expansion, automation, and modernization initiatives
ISO & Compliance
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and maintain documentation for audits and inspections
Implement safety and quality standards across maintenance operations
Key Competencies
Strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, project execution skills, team leadership, vendor management, and hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance systems.
