Role & responsibilities

* Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of Atlas Copco Air Compressors.

* Attend customer breakdown calls promptly and ensure timely resolution.

* Install and commission air compressors and related equipment.

* Conduct scheduled AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) service visits.

* Perform goodwill visits to strengthen customer relationships and identify service opportunities.

* Prepare and submit service visit reports after every customer visit.

* Diagnose faults and recommend suitable spare parts and service solutions to customers.

* Repair and maintain company-owned air compressors and equipment.

* Plan preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.

* Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and ensure minimum/maximum stock levels are available.

* Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely service execution.

* Follow all company safety procedures and maintain professional conduct during customer interactions.





Preferred candidate profile

* Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

* Minimum 2-3 years of service experience. Experience in air compressor servicing will be preferred.

* Candidate should be a resident with good knowledge of the assigned area.

* Honest, sincere, responsible, and willing to build a long-term career.
