About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Branch Training Manager to drive learning, capability building, and performance enhancement for the Agency Distribution channel. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering training programs, improving advisor productivity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective training interventions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training programs across various levels of Agency Distribution.
- Deliver induction, product, sales, behavioral, and compliance training.
- Plan, manage, and execute monthly training calendars and schedules.
- Drive advisor and sales team capability development initiatives.
- Monitor and improve IRDA examination pass percentages for advisors.
- Ensure adherence to all IRDAI and company training guidelines.
- Maintain training records, reports, attendance, and certifications.
- Collaborate closely with Branch Managers, Agency Managers, and Sales Leaders to identify training needs.
- Track training effectiveness and provide periodic performance reports.
- Develop and coach trainers and training officers, wherever applicable.





Desired Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- AIII / FIII certification preferred.
- Licentiate from Insurance Institute of India (III) preferred.
- LOMA or other insurance-related certifications will be an added advantage.
- Facilitation Skills Certification preferred.

Experience

- 8–10 years of overall experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.
- Minimum 3–4 years of Training and/or Sales experience.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance products, sales processes, and IRDA regulations.
- Experience in Agency Channel training will be highly preferred.
