We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) with 13 years of experience in facility maintenance. The candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical maintenance, along with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work.
- Attend breakdown calls and resolve issues promptly.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Ensure safety standards and proper documentation of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with the site team for smooth facility operations.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in facility management or building maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil maintenance.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.
