Travel Expenses Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure day-to-day processing of functional Travel and Expenses requests while handling both complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will guarantee support to internal/ external customers and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. You will also showcase your expertise by delivering assigned TE services in compliance with all procedures/policies that are in place and as per the defined Service Level Agreements.

This role is contributing to the Travel and Expense Management, Motion

This will be Fixed term contract for 1 year.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Responsible for the delivery of assigned TE services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures that are in place and as per the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Handling ServiceNow tickets, emails, Teams communication related to employee profile management in concur
- Perform data maintenance activities in Concur and prepare/share required data with relevant teams for interface failure resolution
- Ensures high level of data quality and accuracy in the system




- Maintains TE process documentation and procedures to enhance customer services and provide better user assistance.
- Maintains and utilizes a comprehensive knowledge base, written procedures, and other TE corporate card guidelines/manuals

Qualifications for the role

- Any Graduation
- Minimum five years of experience
- Working experience in Travel and Expense management is preferred
