Role and Responsibilities:

- Support key functions across Software development, automation testing, Embedded development, DevOps, Cyber security, Product Management, Data science and Analytics or related functions. aligned with organizational needs.
- Responsibilities tailored to the candidates background, skills, and experience to enable meaningful contribution and learning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams on cross-functional initiatives




- Contribute to day-to-day operations while supporting process improvement efforts
- Assist in the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives
- Analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and support initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business outcome.

Qualifications:

- Prior qualified experience in Software development, automation testing, Embedded development, DevOps, Cyber security, Product Management, Data science and Analytics or related functions.
- 2-5 years of career break due to personal, family, academic, or other valid reasons
- Educational background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Dedicated willingness to enhance skill set, upskill, and adapt to new tools, systems, and ways of working
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural environment
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
- Proficient analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Effective time management, prioritization, and ability to work efficiently and within teams.
