Your Role

As an SFMC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable, datadriven customer journeys that enhance engagement and elevate overall customer experience.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

- Developing and deploying custom SFMC solutions including email templates, landing pages, automations, and journeys.
- Building scalable and reusable components using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL within Marketing Cloud.
- Implementing and optimizing Journey Builder workflows and multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
- Integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other external systems using APIs, data extensions, and automation studio.
- Ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and personalization across campaigns.
- Participating in code reviews, solution design discussions, and production support activities.
- Monitoring platform performance, debugging issues, and ensuring bestpractice security and governance.

Your Profile

- Salesforce certifications (e.g.,



Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer).
- Experience withMobilePush, CloudPages, and distributed/enterprise BUs.
- Exposure to CDP/RTCDP, GA4/analytics stacks, and event streaming (e.g., Segment).
- Knowledge of serverless functions, middleware (Mulesoft), or customer data platforms.
- Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom) and localization at scale.
