Profile Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Developer who can take ownership of designing and building scalable applications on contemporary tech stacks. This is a role with high impact. You will be hands-on with .NET, React, Azure, and SQL, while also shaping application architecture, infrastructure, and performance. It is a role for someone who thrives in small teams, loves solving problems end-to-end, and comes with an outcome-focused mindset.

Role & responsibilities:

Design and build robust applications using .NET, React, HTML, JS, CSS, SQL, and MS Azure Cloud.

- Own end-to-end feature development with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Contribute to scalable infrastructure design and management on Azure.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on outcomes.




- Collaborate with product and QA to ship features that solve real user problems.
- Mentor teammates informally and raise the technical bar across the team.
- Continuously learn, experiment, and bring fresh ideas to improve how we build and deliver software.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of .NET and React, with hands-on skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL.
- Practical experience deploying and managing applications in Azure Cloud.
- Solid grounding in application architecture and scalable system design.
- Outcome-focused mindset / Result Driven approach
- you care about shipping value, not just writing code.
- Self-driven, comfortable working in a small remote team, mostly as an IC but with some mentorship opportunities.
- Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, or automation

Nice to Have

- Experience with desktop technologies like WPF
- Exposure to SAP applications, including SAP GUI
