Position: Store Specialist

Department: Stores & Warehouse

Location: Wada, Maharashtra

Job Summary

We are seeking a Store Expert with 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the Furniture Manufacturing Industry, to oversee store and inventory operations, SAP S/4HANA transactions, audit compliance, and warehouse management activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock verification and cycle counts.
- Execute SAP S/4HANA transactions including GRN, GI, and stock transfers.
- Support internal, external, and statutory audits.
- Maintain store documentation and inventory records.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Planning, and Finance teams.
- Ensure 5S, safety, and housekeeping compliance.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
- SAP S/4HANA certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in Store/Warehouse Management.
- Furniture industry experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.
- Experience handling inventory audits and stock verification.
