- Identify training needs through performance analysis, mystery audits, and feedback.

- Design structured onboarding programs for new hires.

2. Product & Sales Training

- Conduct training on diamonds, gold, gemstones, and jewellery collections.

- Train staff on selling techniques, cross-selling, and upselling.

3. Customer Experience Training

- Train staff on luxury retail etiquette, grooming, and customer engagement.

- Enhance customer handling, objection handling, and relationship-building skills.

4. Retail Operations Training

- Train staff on SOPs, billing processes, inventory handling, and compliance.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.

5. Performance Improvement





- Conduct refresher trainings based on sales performance gaps.

- Coach underperforming employees to improve productivity.

- Support store managers in building high-performing teams.

6. Training Effectiveness & Reporting

- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and sales improvements.

- Maintain training records and prepare training reports.

- Track ROI of training programs
