Senior Agentic AI Developer
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Agentic AI Developer / Technical Lead to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI applications.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, FastAPI/Flask, backend development, AWS cloud deployment, databases, and AI integrations. You will be responsible for building intelligent AI agents, deploying AI solutions to production, leading a team of developers, and working closely with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Experience with .NET Core integration and frontend technologies such as Angular or React is an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Agentic AI applications.
- Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and autonomous task execution.
- Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Implement prompt engineering, conversation memory, context management, and AI workflows.
- Integrate OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or other AI models.
- Develop backend services and REST APIs using Python, FastAPI, and Flask.
- Build scalable microservices and integrate AI services with enterprise applications.
- Integrate AI applications with external APIs, databases, business systems, and third-party tools.
- Work with SQL, NoSQL, and Vector databases for AI applications.
- Deploy, monitor,



and maintain AI applications on AWS cloud environments.
- Build and manage production-ready AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI developers and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or LLM-based application development.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and AI deployment.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with AI services.
- Strong understanding of scalable software architecture and microservices.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
