Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 20 associates, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
- Integration Delivery: Oversee end-to-end delivery of middleware and SAP integration projects using SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware.
- Application Development: Provide guidance on ABAP development, Fiori applications, and SAP Portal solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to integration standards, security policies, and audit requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive automation, performance optimization, and adoption of best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting complex integration and application challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

- Middleware Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in SAP PO, SAP CPI, and IBM middleware platforms.
- SAP Development:



Proficiency in ABAP programming, Fiori application development, and SAP Portal administration.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing large technical teams (1520 associates).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple integration and application projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex enterprise landscapes.
- 10+ years of experience in middleware and SAP technologies.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large technical teams.
- Certifications in SAP CPI, SAP PO, IBM middleware, or related platforms preferred.
