Key Responsibilities

Manpower Planning & Recruitment

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant and office staff.
- Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower requirements.
- Manage onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies for production and support functions.

Employee Relations & Plant HR

- Maintain healthy employee relations across the plant.
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct regular shop-floor visits and interact with employees to understand concerns.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Attendance & Payroll Support

- Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely submission of attendance data.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and factory regulations.
- Coordinate and maintain records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, CLRA,



and other statutory

requirements.

- Support audits and inspections from government authorities.
- Maintain compliance registers and documentation.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee database and personnel files.
- Handle confirmation, appraisal, and exit formalities.
- Generate HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

•5+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Plant HR.

• Prior experience in the rigid plastic packaging, plastics, FMCG, packaging, or allied manufacturing industry preferred.

• Positive knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and factory HR practices.

• Experience handling blue-collar workforce and shop-floor manpower.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
