We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head to lead our Tablets & Capsules manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the complete Tablets & Capsules production department.
- Plan, execute and monitor production activities to achieve quality, productivity and delivery targets.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, Schedule M and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Successfully handle inspections and audits by MP FDA, CDSCO, WHO-GMP and customer/regulatory agencies.
- Lead and develop the production team while maintaining the highest standards of quality, documentation and discipline.
- Coordinate effectively with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse and Planning departments.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation.
Candidate Profile
- Must be approved by MP FDA as a Manufacturing Chemist/Competent Technical Staff for Tablets & Capsules.
- Must have hands-on experience in independently running an entire production shift.
- Strong knowledge of granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating and packing operations.
- Experience in facing WHO-GMP, regulatory and customer audits is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
Experience
10-20 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with substantial experience in Tablets & Capsules production.
Qualification
B.Pharm / M.Pharm or any qualification as per applicable regulatory requirements.
