Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify and connect with HR, Admin, Marketing, Procurement, and other corporate decision-makers.
- Schedule and conduct online or in-person meetings with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable gifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely proposals.
- Follow up with prospects until order closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, quotations, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams whenever required.
- Visit clients, vendors, exhibitions, or the company office in Gurgaon as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Outbound Sales, B2B Sales, or International Voice Process.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.




- Confident in cold calling and initiating conversations with corporate clients.
- Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable attending client meetings across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.
- Willing to travel locally for client or vendor meetings whenever required.

Work Mode

This is a Hybrid role.

- Primarily Work From Home.
- Attend the Gurgaon office whenever required.
- Visit clients and vendors for meetings as required.
- Local travel within Gurgaon and Delhi NCR will be part of the role.
