We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Vadinare, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 12+ months of experience in warehouse or store operations within the refinery, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations for effective storage and dispatch.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Train and guide junior staff members on warehouse procedures.
- Monitor and report any issues or discrepancies to management.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth logistics operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or Diploma.
- Proven experience in warehouse or store operations, preferably in refinery, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
