- Architects who are creative, and detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for design and a desire to contribute to innovative architectural projects
- Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, specifications, and design documents for residential projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Develop creative designs that meet client needs while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
- Provide technical support during the execution phase of projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience in architecture or related field (B.Arch degree required).
- Proficiency in Autocad software; knowledge of other CAD tools an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and detailing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
