Location - Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Qualification Required

- M.Tech in Computer Science or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- PhD in the relevant field will be preferred in accordance with applicable academic norms.

Experience

- Minimum 10- 13 years of teaching experience at a reputed college, university, or higher educational institution.
- Experience in academic administration, curriculum development, research guidance, and student mentoring will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching in Computer Science and related subjects.
- Develop and update course curriculum in line with industry and academic standards.
- Guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in projects, research, and dissertations.
- Promote research activities, publications,



and academic excellence within the department.
- Participate in departmental planning, accreditation activities, and academic committees.
- Mentor faculty members and contribute to institutional development initiatives.

Required Skills

- Robust communication and presentation skills.
- Sound knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies in Computer Science.
- Ability to engage and inspire students through innovative teaching methodologies.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
