Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Sales Engineer to manage and expand our business operations in Bengaluru and the South Indian market. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge and a proven track record in sales within the blown film machinery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the plastic packaging and film manufacturing sectors in and around Bengaluru.
- Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements and explain machine technical specifications, production capacities, and custom configurations clearly.
- Sales Targets:
Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Quotations & Negotiation: Prepare accurate commercial quotations, handle pricing negotiations, and successfully close machinery deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with clients post-sale and coordinate with the internal technical team during machine installation and commissioning.
- Competitor Analysis: Keep track of local market trends, upcoming industrial projects, and competitor movements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 3 to 8 years (must have experience in blown film machine/ pharma machine/ packaging machine/ capital machine sales)
- Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics, or Electrical Engineering.
