Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Administrator with 45 years of hands-on experience in managing cloud environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure, along with working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day cloud operations, platform administration, monitoring, incident management, and infrastructure support. This role requires someone who can work independently, troubleshoot cloud issues, optimize cloud resources, and ensure smooth operations while adhering to governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Operations & Administration

- Provision, configure, manage, and decommission cloud resources, primarily on Microsoft Azure.
- Support cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Manage user access, patching, backups, subscriptions, and license administration.
- Maintain cloud inventory, resource tagging, naming standards, and governance compliance.
- Optimize cloud resources for cost, performance, and availability.
- Automate shutdown of idle resources to improve cloud cost efficiency.
- Plan and execute maintenance activities and change requests.
- Administer Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Boards, Repos) and GitHub repositories, access, and branch policies.




- Mentor junior cloud administrators and share operational best practices.

Monitoring & Incident Management

- Monitor cloud infrastructure using dashboards, alerts, and health checks.
- Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and first-level root cause analysis.
- Escalate complex issues to architecture or engineering teams and track them to resolution.
- Ensure high availability and operational stability of cloud services.
- Participate in on-call support and maintenance activities when required.

Required Skills

- 4–5 years of experience as a Cloud Administrator or Cloud Operations Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Working knowledge of AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Backup, Monitoring, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub administration.
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring, incident management, backup & recovery, and patch management.
- Understanding of cloud governance, resource tagging, subscription management, and FinOps concepts.
- Valuable understanding of networking concepts such as Virtual Networks, VPN, Load Balancers, DNS, and Firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
