Role & responsibilities

- Pick finished goods as per dispatch orders and invoices.
- Verify product quantity, batch number, and packaging before dispatch.
- Arrange picked materials for loading and dispatch.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure correct product selection and minimize dispatch errors.
- Assist in loading vehicles and maintaining dispatch records.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.
- Report shortages, damaged products, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow safety and warehouse procedures at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 12th pass.
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse, dispatch, or logistics operations.
- Experience in picking and dispatching finished goods.
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and warehouse documentation.
- Physically fit and able to handle warehouse operations.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
