Role & responsibilities

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN environments.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure.
- Manage and support Fortinet devices, including FortiGate firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Configure and troubleshoot site-to-site VPN and remote access VPN connections.
- Perform firewall policy management, NAT configuration, and security rule implementation.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for network-related incidents.
- Manage network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with customers, ISPs, and vendors to resolve network issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and configuration backups.

Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and best practices

- Min 6 months of experience in Network Support or Managed Network Services.
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting site-to-site and remote access VPNs.
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, security policies, NAT, IPS, SSL VPN, and IPsec VPN.
- Experience working in a Managed Services (MSP/NOC) setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

Experience with incident, change, and problem management processes
