Job Description:

- Deliver high-quality theoretical and practical instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Nursing and Allied Health Sciences, including Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Radiology and Imaging Technology (RIT), Operation Theatre Technology (OTT), and Physiotherapy, while ensuring compliance with university curriculum and academic standards.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans, teaching materials, laboratory manuals, clinical case discussions, presentations, and assessment tools that promote critical thinking, evidence-based practice, and competency-based learning among students.
- Supervise clinical postings, laboratory sessions, simulation-based learning, internships, and hospital training by mentoring students in professional ethics, patient safety, infection control, and effective healthcare practices.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research projects, publish research papers in reputed national and international journals, prepare grant proposals,



and actively contribute to institutional research, innovation, and academic development initiatives.
- Guide undergraduate and postgraduate students in research methodology, dissertation work, project execution, literature reviews, statistical analysis, and scientific publication while encouraging interdisciplinary research collaborations.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical examinations, viva voce, internal assessments, and semester examinations, maintaining accurate academic records and providing timely academic guidance and constructive feedback.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation activities, quality assurance initiatives, faculty development programs, academic committees, seminars, workshops, conferences, and continuing education programs to enhance institutional excellence.
- Collaborate with hospitals, healthcare organizations, research institutions, and industry partners to strengthen clinical education, research opportunities, community outreach programs, and career development while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, ethical standards, and institutional policies.
