IT Recruitment Experience Robust experience in IT recruitment, preferably in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring.
Strong Understanding of IT Skills – Excellent knowledge of technical skills, technologies, and IT job requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment – Experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
Team Management – Ability to lead, mentor, and manage recruitment teams effectively.
Client Management Experience – Experience working directly with clients, understanding hiring requirements, managing expectations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Recruitment Strategy – Ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business requirements.
Performance Management – Experience tracking team performance, productivity, targets, and TAT.




Candidate Screening – Strong ability to evaluate candidates based on technical skills and job requirements.
Interview Coordination – Ability to manage interview processes and ensure timely candidate follow-ups.
Recruitment Platforms – Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Target & TAT Driven – Ability to manage high-volume hiring and deliver within defined targets and turnaround times.
