- Assist in sourcing candidates for technology and sales roles through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications against role requirements shared by hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring panels, ensuring a smooth process for all parties.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and basic screening calls to check availability, interest, and fitment.
- Maintain and update candidate data accurately in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Support offer rollout coordination documentation, follow-ups, and onboarding handoffs.
- Track recruitment status and help maintain hiring trackers/dashboards for assigned requisitions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and senior TA team members to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates.
- Support employer branding activities such as job postings, career page updates, and social media hiring campaigns.
- Learn and apply recruitment best practices under the guidance of senior recruiters.
