About the Role

Flycare Products Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to build and strengthen our workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on various job portals.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Conduct performance appraisals and employee reviews.
- Organize employee training and development programs.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage employee engagement, recognition,



and retention initiatives.
- Handle resignation, exit interviews, and full & final settlement processes.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards for management.
- Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or sales-driven organizations.
- Solid knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HRMS software.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
