- Conduct outbound calls to existing Liberty customers to drive policy renewal retention and enhance customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with channel partners to facilitate renewal closures in cases requiring customer visits or additional support.
- Achieve and maintain the key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity targets defined for the assigned role.
- Promote and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities through contact center campaigns, contributing to business growth and customer value enhancement.
