About the Role: We are looking for a creative and innovative AI Video Creator to join our Graphic Design team. This specific project focuses on generating high-quality, 3D Disney-style animations. The ideal candidate must be passionate about leveraging advanced AI tools to transform ideas, scripts, and concepts into vibrant, engaging, and culturally authentic animated content.

This role requires a strong understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics (specifically 3D Disney/Pixar-style animation), and emerging AI video technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate 3D Animation: Create high-quality, Disney-style AI-generated videos using text prompts and image-to-video workflows tailored to our specific character universe.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop and optimize complex prompts to generate visually compelling, character-consistent, and culturally accurate video content.
- Content Production: Produce animated professional level videos, promotional content, and social media reels.
- Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit AI-generated videos by adding transitions, motion graphics, captions (in Punjabi and English), voiceovers, background music, branding, and visual effects.
- Manual 3D Editing & Refinement: Step in to manually edit, adjust, rig, or refine 3D assets, characters, and environments when AI generation falls short of specific scene requirements.
- Innovation & Experimentation:



Experiment with different AI models and prompting techniques to push the boundaries of video quality, character consistency, and creative output.
- Trend Tracking: Stay up-to-date with the absolute latest AI video generation tools, trends, and workflows.
- Project Management: Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets strict deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Language: Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Punjabi.
- Experience: 25 years of experience in AI video creation, animation, or video editing.
- AI Video Tools: Extensive hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI video generation tools such as Google Veo, Kling AI, Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Sora, and Midjourney (for image-to-video base generation).
- Prompt Engineering: Solid prompt engineering skills specifically for text-to-video and image-to-video generation, with an ability to achieve a consistent "3D Disney" look.
- Creative Software: Hands-on experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
- Cinematic Knowledge: Good understanding of storytelling, cinematography, camera movements, lighting, visual composition, and motion graphics.
- Audio/Lip-Sync: Experience with AI voice generation, AI lip-sync tools, and subtitle generation is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
