Position: Quality Engineer
Qualification: Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Location: Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore

Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to support and strengthen quality assurance across our manufacturing and assembly operations. The role involves conducting in-process and final inspections, ensuring products and kits meet approved engineering drawings and quality standards, and preventing non-conforming material from moving to the next stage or reaching the customer.
The Quality Engineer will work closely with Production, Engineering, Stores, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, maintain ISO-related documentation, support customer audits, and ensure proper part identification, workplace organisation, and safety practices on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role suited to a Mechanical Engineering diploma/degree holder with experience in manufacturing quality inspection.





Job responsibilities:

- In process and final inspection at Assembly, kitting and Final packing
- NPD (Recent Product Development) Part Inspection
- Supporting in ISO documentation and customer audits.
- Maintaining drawings as per latest CN (Change Note)
- Maintaining 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardise, Sustain) on Shop-floor
- On job training to the workers.
- Work closely with CFT (Cross-Functional Team) to achieve defined objectives
- Ensure proper identification on all parts
- Ensure all non-conformities are handled as per defined procedure only
- First Piece approval for Hardware bags and child kitting
- Ensuring Safety and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) throughout the shop floor
