Role & responsibilities

Project Execution

- Manage day-to-day execution of the Pali Hills project.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Track site progress and maintain daily and weekly reports.
- Ensure work quality, safety and adherence to approved drawings.

Site Administration

- Oversee the site office and day-to-day administration.
- Maintain site records, documentation and registers.
- Coordinate labour, materials and equipment.
- Monitor material usage and inventory at site.

Government & Regulatory Coordination

- Visit government departments and local authorities whenever required.
- Coordinate documentation, approvals and follow-ups.
- Liaise with engineers, surveyors and consultants.
- Support compliance with statutory requirements.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Conduct site visits for prospective customers.
- Coordinate visits for architects, consultants and investors.
- Explain project progress and infrastructure development.
- Maintain a qualified experience for all visitors.

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
- Verify quantities and monitor usage.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure timely availability of materials.

Reporting

- Submit regular progress reports to management.
- Track budgets, timelines and pending activities.
- Highlight risks and recommend solutions proactively.





Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for someone who:

- Takes complete ownership of projects.
- Has strong leadership and communication skills.
- Is highly organized and proactive.
- Can independently manage site operations.
- Is comfortable interacting with government officials, consultants and customers.
- Can solve problems on the ground with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may also be considered.
- 510 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure or construction projects.
- Experience managing plotted developments, residential projects or township projects will be an advantage.
