Job Profile:

-Handling a team of Maintenance and Cinema Projectionist.

-Operation and Maintenance of the following Equipment/ Machines

-Routine operation of Analog and Digital Projector System 2 X 30 KVA UPS (Make APC), Inverters and Audis Emergency lighting.

-AHUs, FCU and Split AC Units, Fire smoke exhaust and Fresh air System

-RO Plant (Make – Pentair), Ice Cube Machine and concession equipment

-2 X 30 KVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer, L.T. Switchgears, Electrical LT Panel & MDB Panel and AHU Panel,Plumbing and Draining System

-Responsible for Operation of Fire Fighting & Fire Detection System.

-Responsible for Operation of Access control system and CCTV system.

-Carry out routine / weekly / monthly Preventive Maintenance of Electrical installations with the help of AMC provider.

-Manage and monitor vendors assigned to carry out repair & maintenance, AMC equipments, Track and account quality, quantum of work done.





-Attend day to day problems of the cinemas & coordinate with the AMC contractors/in-house team for resolving the defects.

-Develop network of local vendors for repair & maintenance of cinemas property under my area of supervision.

-Obtain quotations locally for items not covered under rate contract, and make comparative and taking necessary approvals

-To manage, operate, repair, and maintain the Organization assets in a skilled and diligent manner, consistent with the approved budget and Company standards.

-Responsible for Operation of UPS System (7 X 80KVA & 5 X 40KVA), DG Sets, Split AC Units, FCU Units & Voltage Stabilizers, Electrical & Plumbing System.

-Responsible for Operation of EPABX, CCTV and Access Control System.

-To verify and keep record of the Bills (Electricity, Security, Maintenance, Rent & AMC etc.) of Delhi & Other Bureaus.

-Responsible for Operation of Fire Fighting & Fire Detection System.
