Casagrand Ltd., one of South India's leading real estate developers, is hiring an experienced Sales Trainer for our Bangalore team.

Role: Sales Trainer
Location: Bangalore (Office & Project Sites)
Experience: 6 to 12 Years (Sales Training + Prior Sales Experience)
Working Days: WednesdayMonday (Tuesday Off)

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in training frontline sales teams
- Solid expertise in sales coaching, objection handling, negotiation & closing
- Experience in designing and delivering classroom & field training
- Real estate industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel across project sites





The role requires regular travel across Chennai to project sites and sales locations to conduct classroom and on-field training sessions.
