- Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Perform machine setting, tool setting, and offset adjustments.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Ensure first-off approval before starting production.
- Monitor machining quality and maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Change tools, maintain tooling, and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Achieve production targets while minimizing rejection and machine downtime.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams for smooth operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade.
- 25 years of experience as a CNC/VMC Setter.
- Good knowledge of CNC and VMC machine setting,
tooling, and offsets.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programs and machining parameters.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts and commit to a minimum of one year.
